The files are stored as Self Extracting .EXE files in 32 bit version.
After downloading run the downloaded .EXE file.
Goto Windows 95/98/NT Start -> Settigs ->Control panel.
Select the Fonts programme
Install the .TTF files which were generated by running the downloaded file
Read the malayalam news papers in the Internet
